She charged someone with a felony for throwing a drink on her, but the same week thugs attacked a couple causing the women to miscarry. They were charged with a misdemeanor. How is that legal?

Sounds like a pitch for higher public office, albeit in Foxx’ case it’s more like a threat. Anyone who thinks that this Soros funded mental midget came up with this PR piece without some serious AI input probably voted for her.

The Cook County States Attorneys office would regularly reduce felony charges or reject charges like the one ones the root beer man is facing when victims were beaten, , stabbed or even shot. It is laughable on so many levels that the charge of aggravated battery in a public place was dropped on this guy because it was Miss Entitled Foxx who got doused. I would guarantee, bet my life savings that if a cop presented this charge to Felony Review to,have charges approved they would be laughed at and then kicked out of the room.
