People could face criminal charges for threatening teachers, school staff under new Illinois bill – WAND (Decatur)

State Rep. Marcus Evans said teachers, principals and administrators at public and private schools should receive the same protection as public officials and human service providers. If his bill passes, people could face criminal charges for threatening school staff with bodily harm, sexual assault, confinement, or restraint, among others.

Right? I love it when little is done after momma comes to school to give a beat down to another student that gave her lil angel what was probably deserved.
