Johnson is a one man bundle of contradictions and ironies. He is not wrong in saying that policing alone will not drive down crime. It is well understood that any demographic benefits from a solid education and economic opportunity and with that over time some crime would decrease. In the meantime though this CTU shill oversees a failing school district, a depleted police department and businesses leaving the city due to his high tax and fee aspirations.
