We already have mayhem, presided over by lax on crime politicians playing political games instead of working on real world solutions to a life and death scourge. Pritzker, Preckwinkle, Johnson etc prioritize black, brown and white crime over black, brown and white victims. Thats’s contributing to the mayhem.
