When Senate Dem Melissa Hortman was killed by a psycho back in June, a resolution was unanimously passed in her honor and to condemn her death.
Every single Republican supported it.
They did not give speeches condemning or defaming her, nor did their base celebrate her murder.
But 58 Dems voted not to honor Kirk’s life, while another 38 chose not to vote at all.

Very courageous of my Representative Sean Casten to not vote. Nice to know this jerk can’t form an opinion on an issue like political assassination.
Democrats are for political violence when it supports their far left agenda. Everyone should be against political violence if they are truly for free speech. Democrats are only for free speech when it supports their agenda. I am embarrassed the Sean Casten is my congressman. He does not represent me. I got stuck with him due to gerrymandering.
Same here on gerrymandering. I doubt he could even find where I live.
