The instigator, er “ peacekeeper “, was merely reverting back to the criminal life he’s lived that started him on the path to become a “ peacekeeper “. He, and several in the crowd with their cell phones at the handy, deserved a smackdown.
Until he strikes a pose with Pritzker, I’m not really sure he should be called a peacekeeper.

So called peacekeepers with criminal records often have antisocial personality disorder. (And as far as hiring people with criminal records, it is good to remember past performance very likely indicates future performance. Sorry but not everyone truly repents or reforms–some just fake it.) People with antisocial personality disorder enjoy violating others, have poor self-control, and addiction issues.
