A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Every CTA ‘L’ station and most CTA bus terminals have a publicly-owned toilet which is not available to the public. Why should Kristi expect to be treated any better?
