A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Fill up the car with gas and floor it out of State. The only way out of the Illinois tax monster is to leave. Most everyone who reads this will leave sooner or later.
