It’s good that Durbin is retiring. He doesn’t represent law abiding US citizens. He should take useless Duckworth with him. Unfortunately, the Democratic candidates are worse and more far left than he is.

The federal government has jurisdiction with respect to navigable waterways, like the Chicago River.

If Duckworth wants something to do on waterfront, she should take a long walk roll of the edge of Navy Pier.
