Illinois is rapidly approaching the point where law enforcement is DIY.
The SAFE-T Act may be well intentioned but it is based on abstract thinking by people not exposed to the types of criminals they are protecting and enabling. It urgently needs major revisions as this tragic case demonstrates. I just read that Chicago may be considering prohibiting felony offense charges for cars without license plates that are pulled over no matter what is found during the stop. If that is accurate, it extends insanity a lot further.
Just remember that the democrats hate you but embrace violent criminals. More proof of the statementI just made in the above article.
