Missing from this sorta informative article, other than a heads up for “ the bad guys “, is whether any of the thieves have received jail time and to what extent for what should be considered a Federal crime? I think we know that, at least in IL, they were released from custody on the minimal of charges allowed by law, such as trespassing or breaking and entering.
