A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Not to worry about such things, all thats needed is to build that southern airport and all of the
problems vanish. Money will fall from the sky and
all the pilgrims need to do is run and pick it up.
