A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
The only thing can be said, good it’s at night and not shooting people normally that would be a stretch but this is Chicago.

CPS graduates doing what they learn in HS. This is the only job skills taught. Get used to this as business leave there will even less opportunities to earn a living. Will cops catch them? Maybe, maybe not.
