They’re well-positioned to become employees of one or more of the 8K government units of Illinois.

They still get promoted to the next grade. All they finally get is a piece of paper, not an education. All the taxpayer gets is the bill for teachers doing nothing. It used to be if a student did not learn, they were held back, not anymore it is all about Money, Benefits and Huge Pensions at a young age. Stacey Gates has made education a money machine for teachers.
