The district comprising 18 schools and education centers needs to cut up to $15 million as part of a Structural Deficit Reduction Plan (SDRP) and one of the options is closing what they classify as underutilized schools. If CPS followed that criteria half of the schools in Chicago would be CLOSED!!! Time to clean house .
