This is what he advocated for in the Safe T act and now he’s complaining about it?

This clown has a lot of nerve to even comment on this matter. They shoved this insanity down our throats, and, now think they can fix their mistakes? Time to get everyone of them out of office.

There is one thing that can be done immediately and would send an important message….re-assign Judge Molina-Gonzalez and Judge Meczyk to courtrooms where they can do less damage to public safety. They are clearly not up to the job of protecting the public. Judges in the criminal justice system should know that their first priority is to public safety before the comfort of the accused and repetitive criminals.

F Evans and Pritzker and their Safe T Act. Now they want to reconsider it after so much needless suffering. F them in spades.

This nut thinks mailing postcards to the last known address of “unhoused persons” is satisfactory notice. How does this even begin to balance the safety of the public with the rights of the accused?

I’m really sick of these criminal rights activists. These people they’re coddling are incorrigible offenders. You cannot fix someone with double digit felony convictions. We all need to push back hard against the PC police that are actively trying to change the definition and meaning of the word. Please use this word every chance you get because that’s what thes criminals are: incorrigible.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
