Let’s be blunt and to the point. Mr Reed has been accused by legal authorities of setting this woman on fire. Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows Mr. Reed di set this woman on fire.

Tom Dart couldn’t wait to get rid of the electronic monitoring program. He sees it and the fetid SafeT Act for the steaming pile of garbage that it is and is loathe to take that orphan program nobody wants stewardship of back. If no can run it efficiently, as the woman burned almost to death among many other victims can attest to, abolish it!
