closure. This structure got hit by a few

The funds needed to complete everything
and maintain this edifice for the future are
not in hand nor will they ever be.
The visitors will stop after 18 months or so,
perhaps a new use would help.

When its closed in 6 months because of inactivity, we can put turrents and barbed wire fencing around it and rent it to Hollywood for prison or Mad Max movies
When are they going to paint it? Or put some shutters on the (few) windows? Or how about some flower boxes? Or get rid of the 1960’s Politburo decor? Any good homeowners association or condo board would never have allowed this eyesore to be built If UGLY makes you laugh, this is a real belly buster.
