The solution of course, will be to develop a prOgram from the State Government to help the poor with their property taxes and subsidized their payments with tax dollars. The prOgram will provide help to mostly Chicago and only those who qualify. It will be paid for by the rest of us tax payers throughout the state…another can kicked down the road… The Illinois government does not care about anyone but the poor, migrants, illegals, etc. The rest of us are simply the piggy bank they tap when ever they want.

It’s already going on! I’ve stated this before on the subject. A little birdy who works a bank has told me that residents of south suburban cities of cook are getting exemptions for their tax bill. CC residents deserve an audit to know just how large of a program it is.

Democrats have no concern about affordability issues for average citizens. Just look at the fiscal damage done by Pritzker and Democrats in the last six years. Same goes for Chicago. It’s been all about keeping the public unions well fed at the expense of everyone else. No moderation at all, but rather doubling down on failed jobs programs for the public unions.

It’s a joke that leftists have landed on affordability as their new talking point, after their policies have turned cities into unaffordable hellholes.

There needs to be hard pushback on just what caused the affordability problem.
