A significant chunk of the additional money — $175 million — is expected to go back to the city as a reimbursement payment to cover a portion of municipal pension costs for CPS non-teaching staff retirements.

$200M…it is already spent, burned, thrown away, grifted…whatever you want to call it. Money provided to most school districts is throwing money down a bottomless pit black hole. What the money will be spent on is somewhat described in the article, but it certainly sounds like hokum.
