A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Another example of Illinois Law protecting the criminal and leaving citizens at risk. Pathetic. The amazing part is that if the law abiding citizen pregnant lady would have been carrying and shot this piece of crap…she’d be in jail.
