Chicago Judge ends anti-ICE case, jumps into IL Dems’ bid to freeze ICE – Legal Newsline

U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis appears to have replaced a prior case brought by anti-ICE activists and journalists with a new one, after keeping the prior case alive just long enough to allow her to also claim the authority to preside over a new, more sweeping lawsuit brought by Illinois Democrats who are seeking to win a court order essentially shutting down ICE's current operations statewide.

Another activist judge in Chicago? Color me shocked.

These suits have no merit, save for wasting taxpayer dollars on partisan activities.

Of course Chicago and IL want Ice out. Dems are trying to stop deportation of their newly imported voters and protect congressional seats. All at the expense of IL US citizens.
