Assisted/ free housing upon release from prison. Soft sentencing on top of an automatic 50% reduction in jail time. Credit towards a jail sentence while on a poorly monitored ankle bracelet. No mention of a previous criminal record while on trial. Violent crimes being adjudicated because of the offenders age. Could we enable criminals any more in IL?
