Yes, Illinois needs to better protect narcotics, human and child traffickers. The flow of narcotics has been severely curtailed. The cartels cash flow has been greatly reduced. Any bit of help to get those drugs back on Illinois streets helps!

IL taxpayer funds should not be given to NGOs or NPOs at the whim of far left socialists. These groups can fund raise and get donations from people who support their ideology. Despite what the Dems say, all IL citizens do dot support illegals.

The state government of Illinois cares nothing about our tax dollars or how they are used. Why in the world would anyone think that spending $1.5M on this makes any sense. They care nothing about anyone’s opinions except Illegal and minorities, the rest of the tax payers can shut up and pay.

Illinois political animals gifted $1.5 Million in confiscated taxpayer funds to groups actively undermining law enforcement. Not since the halcyon days of USAID funding leftists all across the country has such idiocy flourished.

Illinois sends its dumbest to Springfield and the Useless Chicago Media is their enabler.

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
