Political animals at the local level are just starting to feel the pain inflicted on Illinois finances by Epstein Plane Passenger JB the Hutt and his fellow scoundrels. These urchins spent the treasury bare like a cloud of locusts descending on a farmer’s crops. Now the seed is gone and the locust stomachs are empty and growling.
