Flat immigration and people leaving Cook COunty and Illinois will result in a lower population count during the 2030 census. Lower population means less representatives in Congress. This explains why the Democrats want to abolish ICE and CBO. They need illegal aliens to bump up the population numbers before the census.

Hilarious. So illegal immigration is now equated to population growth. Talk about subtraction through addition. Genius strategy. Could you people be any dumber?
