CTU IS A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION. It’s not interested in educating the students as test scores verify.

We will see how aware Chicago voters will be. If less than 30% of voters will vote, teachers union voters and public employees unions will make up the majority of voters and their candidates get elected. One of the authors is from IL Policy Institute which is not read by most Chicagoans.
