A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
You can’t have debt collection because according to Mayor Johnson there’s nothing wrong with refusing to pay your bills. In Johnson’s Marxist utopia you don’t have to pay bills or obey laws or be accountable for your actions. Chicago is a pro-crime city. Why should anyone ever have to obey laws or pay bills? Chicago has become a distillation of corrupt politicians, the freestuff army, gang members, and union thugs. It is a financially bankrupt city and a morally bankrupt city.
