A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
That’s how Johnson, Pritzker and the rest of the Democrats can claim that Chicago’s Murder numbers are falling. Same way that they all claim Student Achievement Ratings Improved because they lowered the Achievement Ratings. :-/
