Illinois, meanwhile, once one of the freer states, embraced interventionist economics.

Wisconsin is run by a progressive Supreme Court. The legislature is Republican and the governor is Democrat so nothing gets done. So much so that the governor can pull dirty tricks and the progressive legislature will back him up. The WI supreme court recently said that Gov.
