They didn’t really spend $750 million on this monstrosity, did they? It is a joke, right? If his legacy as president doesn’t sentence him to the top of the list of worst presidents ever ( although he still has to compete with Carter and Biden), this grotesque waste of money will put the final stamp on the title.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
