Over and over, the same people are caught with altered guns, stopped while traveling in cars where others have illegal guns, or are felons in possession of guns. Remove these people with repeat gun crimes from the streets and quit allowing plea bargains that cut their potential jail time to a small portion of the maximum sentences. The younger kids get their guns from this criminal element, so breaking the pipeline will make the city safer. the right to own guns vs greatly limiting the occurrence of mass shootings-history & the examples of other countries with strict gun laws have proven that these are mutually exclusive concepts.
For the millionth time, there are plenty of gun laws. That they are being enforced selectively is the issue. You people sound like a broken record.
