Don’t forget the automatic increases to the tolls…which has a massive surplus that they transferred money out of to bailout the CTA and as a payback to union labor they added the automatic increase to the tolls. Democrats have definitely been making those decisions in the state. They are massively supported by the voters in every recent election. The voters are getting exactly what they want so, in essence, they are indirectly making decisions about public matters. Just as our founding fathers intended for the greatest country on earth.
