No way. This pile of confiscated taxpayer cash was gleefully slurped up by the friends and pals of political animals with some finding its way right into political animal wallets. This worked exactly as intended.
City has to provide jobs for Johnson’s buddies.
That’s not true. The lobbyists and contractors who run these programs asked for it. They need the money for the kickbacks to the politicians that advocate for the program. It’s a nice system that works very well in a location populated by pond scum.
Its because they foolishly think they know everything but fail to ask victims a solution.
