I don’t smoke or but I agree it should be decriminalizaed and sold and taxes. We are paying millions for incarcerations and arrests for marijuana. Colorado has actually fared very well since they legalized it. Let’s put the small pot dealers out of business with a legal market.

That is pathetic. Why not legalize crack cocaine and heroin since the state could make money off of that too?
