Wants and needs.
A library or public safety officers.
Make a choice.
This is what happens when the can gets to the end of the road.

A whole lotta public servants are going to find out that in a real marketplace with finite resources, their services are less valued than warranted by their paychecks. i don'[t know about this particular library, but where I live the public library is patronized mainly by the homeless who watch porn on computers and spend so much time in bathrooms that it’s been necessary to take the doors from the stalls. In my old community the library was run entirely by volunteers…88k a year for a library director….cut it in half and have one full time contract employee(no benefits) and staff with volunteers…
