And i believe chicago/cpd spends most per capita on policing than any big city. And 1/2 the 911 operators are on fmla days at any time
and cpd homicide clearance rate is a joke. and thousands of rape kit/ dna test go untested (not sure why those can’t be contracted out–does afsme claim rape kit testing?)
The root cause of this problem isn’t some foreign invader, or disease or pestilence. It’s Republicans. Yes, people all over the city, shoot at each other like zombies with no ability for self-control or free will, because … Republicans.
