A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
It delights me to no end how this story has gone viral. And the thoughtful response against this trip from many of the rank-and-file union members is the icing on the cake.
