A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
There’s no comprehensive study on how often the endless tax incentives serve their intended purpose as opposed to resulting in higher taxes for those that don’t receive an incentive.
