The city won’t shut off your water – even if you refuse to pay. This will be amazing. And Kim Fox is not prosecuting shoplifting under $1,000. So you can steal your food each day, and pick up a nice pair of Jordan Eclipse gym shoes on Michigan Ave to boot. Just go to different stores if you want more free stuff, as it is effectively $1,000 per store. Only the chumps in the city pay for anything. It is paradise.
