A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Closest I can find is Article 25 in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. “(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.” Whether this is “law” in Illinois would require some research. And Kim Fox is not prosecuting shoplifting under $1,000. So you can steal your food each day, and pick up a nice pair of Jordan Eclipse gym shoes on Michigan Ave to boot. Just go to different stores if you want more free stuff, as it is effectively $1,000 per store. Only the chumps in the city pay for anything. It is paradise.
