A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Bigger tax bills for commercial will also lead to higher prices on goods and services. The large and small apartment complexes will raise rents to compensate so a double whammy for homeowners with larger tax bills and higher costs for all goods and services. Nice going pols.
