Wonder how the tax collection process works for taxing uber & lyft within in certain zones and at certain times. Would seem like an implementation/ enforcement nightmare. Or is tax collection process all put on uber/lyft?
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
