Legal yes but dont come crying that there is no money and we need to raise the ridiculous fees even higher. The public just blindly believes these people.

Does deliberate inaction on the part of government at some point make the law inactive and moot?
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
