Illinois State Senator Heather Steans is mentioned everywhere lately. Because she is everywhere and she’s a complete moron. I don’t mean this as a personal insult, it mean it as in that she went to Princeton and wasted her education on ‘Urban Studies’ and then went to Harvard for her masters degrees, and again wasted her education on ‘Public Policy’.
