Maybe turn it into a giant indoor chicago style theme park w rides featuring mock carjackings, expressway shootings & looting getaways in little mini go carts. Riders could shoot it out at props of citizens w paint ball guns, etc. Maybe finish out the day with some local grown weed from giant atrium turned giant hydroponic weed garden. The possibilities are endless. Would beat the pants off navy pier as tourist stop
