That was a really good story, thanks for sharing. Imagine how many of the people that are in his situation could be lifted up and given a sense of purpose and fulfillment if the city were to bust the unions and pay them half of the $45-50 an hour that city employees get right now. For $22-25 an hour you could empower a lot of people that need work and cut city payroll in half as a bonus.
