Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is blocking this plan because he does not want his name associated with any plan that stops an invasive species.

I’m truly amazed nationally and locally the invasive asian carp making it into the great lakes isn’t a ASAP national priority and that feds have only contributing $1 billion!!! Unbelievable!!

JB needs the money for the illegal economic migrants, who he thinks will vote all D some day. All other priorities take a backseat to making sure the migrants are comfortable and get a lot of stuff and services for free, from the state of Illinois.
