Advocates continue to push for equitable energy bill – Capitol News IL

“What is painfully clear is that communities of color, indigenous communities, communities that have a strong minority population, have really not been at the forefront or at the table when it comes to these discussions and that is both from a utility standpoint... a job standpoint, and... a standpoint that looks at the results that communities of color have had to deal with,” said Rep. Kam Buckner, chair of the House Black Caucus.

These are awful, racist bills. Hopefully the Supreme Court will strike all of them down. Theses jerks have politicized the juice that comes to my house threatening my 21st century way of life in the name of ‘equity’. It’s atrocious and morally reprehensible.
