Let’s call a citywide meeting of gangbangers and drug cartels to determine what it would take for the black, brown and other minority leaders and members to go legal.
They will be more than happy to give the government a cut of the action in exchange for peace and prosperity.

The aldermen seem to forget a basic principle among black dudes: they don’t like dealing with the man. Not racism, just facts. They forget because they themselves have been the man long enough in a city where being such is highly lucrative.
Why are the Democrats excluding African-Americans?
Give them or their connected friends a free licence to sell under some sort of social justice program and watch them all fall in line; that’s the way it is done in Illinois.
