A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

The CPD should just pull all cops out of Englewood and let the self cleaning oven turn itself on. Come back in a couple of years only at the request of a majority of the survivors in that “community”
